Abstract
CILJ ISTRAŢIVANJA: Cilj ovoga završnog rada bio je prikazati postupke kod hitnog transporta vitalno ugroţenog bolesnika, uloga anesteziološkog tima i kompetencije medicinske sestre/tehniĉara. USTROJ STUDIJE: Provedeno je presjeĉno istraţivanje. ISPITANICI I METODE: Ispitanici su bolesnici koje smo mi transportirali u drugu bolnicu u razdoblju od 2014.do 2017. godine, zbog kliniĉke slike koje su potraţivale zahtjevnije medicinske procedure. REZULTATI: Prosjeĉna starost kroz razdoblje od 2014. do 2017. godine bila je zabiljeţena 2016. godine kada je bilo najviše bolesnika u dobi od 60 godina i više i to 53,6% , dok je u mlaĊoj populaciji do 18 godina bilo 33,3% bolesnika 2017. godine. Uoĉeno je i da nema znaĉajne razlike izmeĊu spolova, ni razlike pobola u dijagnozama. ZAKLJUĈAK: Moţemo zakljuĉiti da razna hitna stanja ne biraju dob ni spol. Prema svim pacijentima potrebno je profesionalno postupati. Zato je potrebna edukacija kako lijeĉnika, tako i medicinskih sestara/tehniĉara, da bi na vrijeme uoĉili hitna stanja i pravovremeno reagirali. To se postiţe radom i stjecanjem iskustva.
Abstract (english)
OBJECTIVE: The aim of this paper was to present the procedures for emergency transportation of a critical patient, the role of the anaesthesiology team and the competencies of nurses/technicians TYPE OF STUDY: Cross-sectional study RESPONDENTS AND METHODS: The respondents were patients who were transported to another hospital in the period between 2014 and 2017 because their clinical picture required more demanding medical procedures. RESULTS: The average age in the period between 2014 and 2017 was recorded in 2016 when the highest number of patients were aged 60 or over, namely, 53.6%, while in the younger population up to 18 years of age it was 33.3% in 2017. It was also noted that there was no significant difference between the genders, nor difference in morbidity of diagnoses. CONCLUSION: Emergency situations do not choose age or gender. All patients should be treated professionally. This is why doctors and nurses have to be trained in order to detect emergency situations and respond in a timely manner. This can be achieved by working and gaining experience.
