Abstract
Cilj istraživanja: Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je utvrditi pojavnost simptoma anksioznosti kod žena koje prolaze razdoblje trudnoće, utvrditi postoji li, i u kojoj mjeri porast razine anksioznosti sa dužinom trajanja trudnoće. Ispitanici i metode: U istraživanje je bilo uključeno 128 ispitanica; 64 trudnice koje su dolazile na redovne kontrolne preglede u trudničku ambulantu u KBC Osijek, te 64 trudnice koje su dolazile na redovne kontrolne preglede u ginekološku ambulantu u Dom zdravlja. Rezultati: Srednja dob ispitanica je 30 godina, u rasponu od 17 do 44 godine. S obzirom na trajanje trudnoće, srednji broj tjedana je 28, 5, u rasponu od 4 do 40 tjedana. Prema tjednima trudnoće rezultati su podijeljeni s obzirom na trajanje, na trimestre: u prvom trimestru je 20 ispitanica, u drugom 40, a u trećem trimestru 68 ispitanica. Za 62 ispitanica ovo je prva trudnoća, za 42 je ovo druga trudnoća, dok je za 54 ispitanica ovo prvi porod, a za 37 drugi porod. Kod 72 (57 %) ispitanice procijenjena je teška anksioznost, umjerena je kod 20 (16 %), dok jaku anksioznost imaju 4 (3 %) ispitanice. Zaključak: Prisutna je značajna pojavnost simptoma anksioznosti tijekom trudnoće. Iako prema rezultatima nema značajnih razlika u stupnju anksioznosti prema trimestrima, može se uočiti kako zastupljenost anksioznosti raste prema trajanju trudnoće i stupnju (izraženosti) simptoma anksioznosti.
Abstract (english)
Objectives: The objective of this research was to determine the incidence of anxiety in pregnant women, to determine whether there is a correlation between levels of anxiety and the length of a pregnancy, and to what extent. Methods and participants: The research included 128 participants; 64 pregnant women who attended regular controls at the maternity ward of the University Hospital Center Osijek, and pregnant women who attended regular controls at the gynecological clinic at the Health Center. Results: The average participant age was 30 years, ranging from 17 to 44 years. Concerning the duration of the pregnancy, the average number of weeks was 28.5, and ranging from 4 to 40 weeks. Pregnancy stages week-by-week results were divided into trimesters: 20 participants in the first trimester, 40 participants in the second trimester, and 68 participants in the third trimester. For 62 participants this was the first pregnancy, for 42 participants the second pregnancy, for 54 participants this was the first delivery, and for 37 the second delivery. 72 (57 %) participants showed symptoms of severe anxiety, 20 (16 %) experienced moderate anxiety, and 4 (3 %) experienced strong anxiety. Conclusion: There is a significant incidence of anxiety in pregnant women. Even though the results show no correlation between anxiety levels and the trimesters, we can notice that anxiety levels and incidence increase for the length of a pregnancy.
