Abstract | Cilj istraživanja. Cilj je rada ispitati prisutnost zlostavljanja medicinskih sestara i tehničara. Nacrt studije. Presječna studija. Ispitanici i metode. U istraživanju sudjelovali su medicinske sestre/tehničari Kliničkog bolničkog centra Osijek, gdje je zaposleno 1323 medicinske sestre i tehničara na 23 klinike, klinička zavoda i ravnateljstvo. Uključeno je 20% zaposlenih medicinskih sestara/ tehničara, ukupno 275 ispitanika. Rezultati. Od 275 ispitanika, njih 110 (40 %) navelo je da su bili maltretirani na poslu tijekom posljednjih šest mjeseci. Na mlađe ispitanike vršio se pritisak (p = 0,018) te su bili izloženi prevelikom opterećenju (p = 0,037). Medicinske su tehničare više puta podsjećali na greške i propuste (p =0,042) te su se iznosile nedokazane tvrdnje protiv njih (p = 0,041) u odnosu na medicinske sestre. Ispitanici s manje godina radnoga staža doživjeli su pogrdne opaske (p = 0,023), podsjećanje na greške i propuste (p = 0,024). Magistre se sestrinstva tražilo obavljanje poslova ispod njihovih sposobnosti (p = 0,039), zadavanje nerazumnih rokova (p = 0,022), oduzeti su im važni poslovi (p = 0,029) te je kritiziran njihov rad i trud (p = 0,042). Ispitanike s konzervativnih odjela tražilo se obavljanje poslova ispod njihovih sposobnosti (p = 0,039), bili su izloženi prevelikom opterećenju na poslu (p = 0,003) te se kritizirao njihov rad i trud ( p = 0,017). Zaključak. Prisutno je zlostavljanje medicinskih sestara i tehničara. Postoji razlika u prisutnosti zlostavljanja medicinskih sestara i tehničara s obzirom na dob, spol, razinu obrazovanja i radno mjesto. |
Abstract (english) | Study goal. To examine the presence of the abuse of nurses. Study design. A cross-sectional study. Methods and participants. Nurses in Clinical Hospital Center Osijek participated in the survey. Out of a total of 1323 nurses employed in 23 clinics, clinical institutes and management, the study includes 20 % which means that 275 nurses were included in the study. Results. Out of 275 respondents, 110 (40%) said that they had been bullied at work for the past six months. Younger respondents were subjected to pressure (p = 0.018) and were exposed to excessive load (p = 0.037). Male nurses were repeatedly reminded of errors and omissions (p = 0.042), and they were exposed to unsupported claims against them (p = 0.041). Respondents with fewer years of work experience have experienced false statements (p = 0.023) and reminders of errors and omissions (p = 0.024). Masters of nursing were asked to perform jobs below their abilities (p = 0.039), they were given assignments with unreasonable deadlines (p = 0.022), important tasks were taken away from them (p = 0.029), and their work and efforts were criticized (p = 0.042). Respondents from conservative departments were asked to perform jobs below their abilities (p = 0.039), were exposed to overwork (p = 0.003) and were criticized about their work and effort (p = 0.017). Conclusion. There is a presentissue of abusing nurses at Clinical Hospital Center Osijek. The difference has been noted regarding nurses` age, gender, level of education and workplace. |
