Abstract
Ciljevi istraživanja: istražiti povezanost vrijednosti laboratorijskih rezultata APTV - a i razine aktivnosti FIX te izgleda kliničke slike sa težinom hemofilije B. Nacrt studije: Istraživanje slučaja Ispitanici i metode: Istraživanje je provedeno na 30 muških bolesnika sa prisutnom hemoragijskom dijatezom, akutnom epizodom krvarenja bez osnovne dijagnoze ili s pozitivnom obiteljskom anamnezom na hemofiliju B. Iz plazme bolesnika provedeno je određivanje dužine APTV - a i razina aktivnosti FIX fotometrijskom metodom Rezultati: Bolesnici s težim oblikom bolesti imaju niže vrijednosti aktivnosti FIX i povišene vrijednosti APTV - a, te pokazuju prisustvo ciljnog zgloba za razliku od bolesnika sa lakšim oblikom bolesti koji imaju značajno niže vrijednosti APTV - a, više vrijednosti aktivnosti FIX i i nemaju prisutan ciljni zglob. Zaključak: Težina hemofilije B se može procijeniti laboratorijskim rezultatima APTV - a i razinom aktivnosti FIX.
Abstract (english)
Objectives: To examine interconnection of laboratory values of APTV and activity of FIX, and clinical appearance with severity of haemophilia B. Study design: Case study Participants and methods: The study was done on 30 male patients with presence of the haemorrhagic diathesis, acute bleeding without established diagnosis or presence of family anamnesis of haemophilia B. In the patients plasma, APTV and activity of FIX were determined using photometric method. Results: Patients with the severe form of disease have lower activity of FIX and higher values of APTV with presence of the target joint, while patients with the mild form have significantly higher activity of FIX and lower values of APTV without presence of the target joint. Conclusion: Severity of haemophilia B can be determined with laboratory results of APTV and activity of FIX.
