Abstract
Ciljevi istraživanja: ispitati podudarnost rezultata dobivenih analizatorom funkcije trombocita PFA-100 međusobno te s rezultatima testova potrebnih za konačnu dijagnozu von Willebranodve bolesti. Nacrt studije: Istraživanje slučaja Ispitanici i metode: ispitivanje je provedeno na 20 ispitanika oba spola s pozitivnom hemoragijskom dijatezom te patološkim nalazima koagulacijskih pretraga koje čine dijagnozu von Willebranodve bolesti. Iz pune krvi bolesnika ispitana je funkcija trombocita analizatorom PFA-100 dok je iz plazme ispitana agregacija trombocita s ristocetinom, aktivnost FVIII, koncentracija vWF i aktivnost vWF. Rezultati: pronađena je visoka korelacija rezultata ADP/C i EPI/C dobivenih analizatorom PFA-100. Rezultati oba mjerenja analizatorom PFA-100 pokazali su značajnu razliku s rezultatima agregacije trombocita s ristocetinom te aktivnosti FVIII, dok s rezultatima koncentracije vWF i aktivnosti vWF nema statistički značajne razlike. Štoviše, s rezultatima aktivnosti vWF pokazali su veliku podudarnost. Zaključak: analizatorom funkcije trombocita PFA-100 omogućen je probir na von Willebrandovu bolest dok je za konačnu dijagnozu bolesti potrebno provesti više dodatnih pretraga.
Abstract (english)
Objectives: to examine interconnection of results measured by the PFA-100 among each other, and with the results of tests needed for final von Willebrand disease diagnose. Study design: Case study Participants and methods: The study was done on 20 patients, both male and female, with presence of the haemorrhagic diathesis and patological results of the coagulation tests which are needed for von Willebrand disease diagnose. Sample for platelet function was blood while agregation of platelets with ristocetin, FVIII activity, concentracion and activity of vWF used plasma for it's determination. Results: ADP/C and EPI/C results, measured with PFA-100 shows significant corelation. Both tests show significant difference from results of agregation with ristocetin and FVIII activity. When compared with concentracion and activity of vWF statistical significance is not present. Moreover, there is high congruence with the results of activity of vWF. Conclusion: with PFA-100 analyzer screening on von Wilebrand disease is possible, but for confirmation, few more specific coagulation tests needs to be done.
